When patients receive a cancer diagnosis, most feel overwhelmed. They hear “it’s cancer” and then wonder “what should I do first? And next?” Many patients want to advocate for themselves, but they don’t know how. That is about to change.

Up to this point, there has been limited innovation in patient advocacy. Most resources stop at education and awareness. As survivors helping patients, we understand the value of informed decision-making and taking action when we can. This tool equips patients and caregivers like never before.

The Cancer COPiLOT™ (*patent pending) will provide patients and caregivers with the guidance, knowledge and support to advocate for themselves; replacing the guess-work with simple, actionable steps for their entire cancer journey.

The Impact of The Cancer COPiLOT™

The Cancer COPiLOT™ is the ultimate cancer navigation tool, arming people with the most current and comprehensive intel on cancer treatment and management so patients with every type of cancer at every stage of their cancer can have confidence in the decisions they will make.

From the moment of diagnosis, cancer patients are faced with choices. The SURVIVEiT® Cancer COPiLOT™ equips patients so they can anticipate, prepare and make informed decisions as they plot their course.

This tool will always be free for patients and caregivers.

We need your support to offer it to them.

The Cancer COPiLOT™ is the first comprehensive 5-step personal cancer management tool, created by a team of survivors. To develop the Cancer COPiLOT™, we spent several years exploring the needs of people facing a diagnosis across 29 tumor types. After learning of the gaps and hearing the needs, we built a first-of-its-kind innovative patient interface that addresses them, and delivers peace of mind, ease and manageability in one convenient digital tool.

When equipped with this tool, patients can gain a sense of control and hope.

Backing the Cancer COPiLOT™ will enable us to ensure this new patient interface reaches the millions of people diagnosed and managing cancer every day, giving them the tool they have been seeking to navigate their cancer journey.

Join us in changing the course of cancer for millions of people.

Guidance Every Step of the Way

The Cancer COPiLOT™ directly addresses five key challenges in the cancer continuum – testing, verifying, treating, supporting and living – providing actionable solutions and giving patients peace of mind in the direction they choose.

Thanks to research and advancements, a cancer diagnosis goes well beyond where they found the cancer in your body. It’s the first step towards science-based answers. You want the best treatment available today? It starts here. We’ll show you how to get started. What you do first matters.

We know from experience, getting a qualified second opinion can be the difference between life and death, 5 months and 5 years, and wondering if this is really it or getting some peace of mind. We’ve done the research. All you need to do is set up the appointment – in-person or remote, whichever is best for you.

Giving you the chance to identify your goals – both treatment and quality of life. A short list of important questions, posed by people who have been in your exact shoes, our Survivor Advisory Council.

Patients who have access to Supportive Care and adequate resources during treatment typically respond better and have fewer treatment interruptions. It’s proven.

Your very own survivor-vetted resource library for managing the disease. From nutrition, to news, to financial assistance, and more – we’ve got the best of what’s currently available whenever you’re ready to seek help.

Why Now?

With the rapid advances in research and technology on the provider side, we are providing a digital solution for patients and caregivers to manage and access the best care possible in a way that aligns with their goals.

Since March 2020, COVID-19 has had an unprecedented impact on cancer diagnosis, treatment, trials and management. We are now seeking to advance the Cancer COPiLOT™ to enable patients to access information as early as possible, chart their course and be prepared to take new turns that they may encounter.

It is our ultimate goal to help patients achieve their goals in managing their disease and to do so fearlessly.

What Problem Are We Solving?

There is no single source patients and caregivers can go to to track, manage, and plan during their journey. Despite many organizations working to aid in a specific area of the journey, patients are left to research and manage options and supportive services best they can. As survivors, we have simplified steps and vetted resources so patients and caregivers can access better care options and support resources in a more efficient manner.

Your Role

We invite you to help ease the cancer experience for millions of people by enabling us to deliver the Cancer COPiLOT™ so they can better and more confidently navigate their cancer journey.

Join us in funding the Cancer COPiLOT™. With your tax-deductible donation, you will be offering those facing cancer peace of mind, a sense of control, and access to the best cancer care possible.

Standard treatment protocols exist, but doctors and treatment centers can have very different opinions on treatment strategy.

It’s not a matter of IF a patient needs to advocate for themselves, but HOW.
